Although I'm pretty flexible, I'm not renting a location in a high crime area or where only low quality places are available.

As popular as an in call location is, I do offer them but don't keep one.  This confuses people and is one of the things I end up explaining the most often to to gentlemen.  Being so low volume, it does not make financial sense to keep a location on stand by. I see 1 to 2 people a week and I don't always have a notice.  Another reason is safety.  When a provider uses a room for multiple meetings there is a pattern of traffic in one area. This can draw unwanted attention and make meeting more dangerous, in my opinion. 

For me, I get in call on an as needed basis.  This allows me to get a location in an area that is best for the gentleman I'm seeing. I can cater to his preferences but still have control over the quality of the hotel and room. This is a big deal for me as I'm very picky as to where I stay and host. I find that gentlemen really appreciate this, I'm able to cater to what works best for them and get the location that meets my desires as well. The gentleman blessing me with his patronage has the peace of mind that he's the only one I seen in that room and only him and I know where the room is. Its a win-win!
