UTR TOURS
Under The Radar Tours begin in September and go thru March this season. I'm really excited to get touring again, I miss traveling and my friends as well as making new friends!
My UTR Policy:
I let you know when and where I'm touring UTR via e mail. These e mails include:
1. My UTR dates and City or Town
2. A notice when I plan to advertise a tour, giving you first choice of my time. These tours often turn into UTR tours if my schedule fills up before I advertise.
3. When I happen to be in town for personal reasons but have a little down time.
To receive these e mails you must be screened. Please contact me to get you screened and receiving these e mails.
FMTY Meetings
I offer FMTY meetings year 'round and truly enjoy them. I make all the travel arrangements and get myself to our agreed upon meeting place, on time and ready to enjoy our time together. If a location is needed, I get clean, upscale places an area that works best for you. My rates are very reasonable as I feel I'm fair and not taking advantage of you.
I collect small deposit to book travel and give me the peace of mind that you're serious. The deposit is refundable for 48 hours after I receive it. In my experience, most cancellations happen within the first 48 hours after we set our meeting in stone. After 48 hours I use the deposit to book travel. If you need to cancel after that I will give you what I have left of the deposit and any refunds I get from travel I've booked. I can not guarantee a refund after the first 48 hours as travel is not always refundable.
Extended Dates
I'm available for extended meetings, be them a nice meal and private time, your corporate event, we stay in the entire time, go hiking or anything that you like to do! I'm adventurous and not afraid to try something new! I conduct myself with grace and class appropriate for the situation.
In Call
I offer in calls when I'm home or on tour however, due to being low volume, I do not keep an in call location. I get the location as needed. This allows me to cater to your preferred area. When I'm home in East Tennessee I require a minimum of 2 hours (700) for in call.
Regardless if I'm hosting at home or on tour, when I host I will send the location to you the day of our meeting. You will receive a few hours before we meet to allow you to plan drive time.
Out Call
I'm available for out call when I'm home or on tour. I visit private, homes, hotels or meet in public places I show up on time, looking nice and conducting myself with grace, respect and dignity as to not draw unwanted attention.
